Globe's in-house' CAD/CAM department can create a perfect production sample or layout for client approval before the project goes into full production.

Design Department CAD/CAM
Once an order is in place, a product sample or layout is produced for client approval. This production sample is a perfect prototype of your design that reflects the finalized specifications. Pre-production samples allow the buyer to be entirely in agreement about the construction of the product. Once the sample has been approved, the product can then move into manufacturing for the entire order. This is not only cost-effective but speeds up the overall production of a job. We work with printers and graphic artists to import and export (Adobe) graphic and CAD files. Globe Die-Cutting technical staff utilize both PC and MAC formats.

Die Shop
Our in-house, full-service die shop with the latest automation enables us to fix or make changes immediately and accurately. We stock a complete selection of rules, perfs, and punches. The advantages of having an in-house die-making department are: it prevents costly downtime, helps speed overall production of a job and turn around time is rapid, allowing Globe to complete your job on time and within your projected budget.

Sample Room
Our Sample Room is just that! You can always stop by and take a look at a small sampling of what Globe can produce. Each and every product from mobiles to floor displays are customized to our customer’s needs.
